Melissa Bozicas

After purchasing two single family homes in her early twenties, Melissa Bozicas decided to become a real estate agent in 1998 to help buyers and sellers navigate the process as smoothly as possible.

Growing up in Pepperell MA, a strong work ethic was instilled in Melissa at a very young age as she watched her family’s construction business grow through years of hard work and dedication. Melissa also worked various accounting/office roles, including Deluxe (formerly New England Business Service) in Groton MA and working as office manager for her parent’s busy site excavation business The Buxton Co LLC which she continues to do along with selling real estate.

After her former broker of over 25 years retired, she joined Real Estate Exchange and looks forward to continuing helping buyers and sellers successfully reach their goals.  At Real Estate Exchange everyone is focused on the same positive outcome for both their customers and peers, leading her to join their team without hesitation.

Melissa and her husband Mark are recent “empty nesters” and their gown son Max will be getting married next summer to his long time fiancée, Haley.

Melissa is an animal lover who enjoys cooking, baking, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
