To be considered for a feature in Top Agent Magazine all professionals must go through a nomination and interview process. All candidates are then evaluated based upon production, professionalism, as well as industry and community involvement. The magazine begins with JoAnne’s origins of JoAnne’s real estate story, or quite frankly, where it all began. The magazine states, “JoAnne started her real estate career in 1985, and at the age of 21, she purchased and renovated her first multi-family home and resold it. After her first successful flip, she used the profit from that sale to purchase her primary residence in Lunenburg and then began to expand her business horizons by obtaining her broker’s license in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.” Nowadays, JoAnne’s company has been in business for over 30 years, seeing between 75 to 80 percent repeat and referral clients.
In the last year alone, JoAnne and her team have helped over 85 families with buying and selling properties.
