Zuleide Lanzendorf

Zuleide was born in Brazil and immigrated to the United States 25 years ago. Soon after moving to the United States, she started her own cleaning business which gave her the freedom and flexibility to work and raise her son Lucas. 

Meanwhile, she started looking for a home and found that Leominster was the perfect place to buy and raise her family. Becoming a homeowner was challenging because she had no prior experience with property maintenance or repairs. Over time, she grew to love Real Estate and has purchased a few properties in the area. She had learned a lot about managing property, and dealing with tenants so she decided to get her Real Estate license in May 2017.

Zuleide is excited to share her passion for Real Estate with others. Fortunately, she is a Portuguese speaker, helping her reach her Brazilian community in addition to the Spanish and American communities.
